In the year 2017, a surgeon-implantologist friend asked him to create a personal website. Over the course of several months, they spent their free time working on the project: the doctor shared the nuances of implantology and the specifics of his practice, while Aliksan turned professional information into content understandable for patients. At that time, no one yet realized that this was how his professional journey would begin.

In 2018, the first completed project appeared — a small five-page dental website. Targeted VKontakte advertising aimed at dentists brought the first order on the very first day. The website gradually expanded: what started as five pages grew first to ten and then to forty. Each service received its own separate page. This approach worked: patients could quickly find exactly what they were looking for, while Google saw a clear structure, and eventually he focused on developing dental websites for dental practices.

In 2020, Aliksan joined the team of a Zimmer Biomet distributor in Saint Petersburg as a product manager. He studied at the Zimmer Biomet Institute in Winterthur, Switzerland, assisted surgeons during real operations, and received a certificate upon completion. Surgeons were surprised to learn that he had no medical education — the conversations still remained professional and on equal terms.

The flagship project — the strongest in terms of visual identity — spread to more than 30 cities: Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Krasnodar, Novosibirsk, Kazan, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, Prague, and others. After launching a project in one city, competing clinics often reached out requesting a similar website. Over eight years, more than 200 websites were completed across six countries.

In the year 2026, Aliksan became the official distributor of Russian Lenmiriot dental implants in Armenia. Years of working with surgeons gave him a deep understanding of the market: many domestic brands never achieved widespread adoption, but Lenmiriot successfully secured a stable presence in Saint Petersburg — doctors who tested the implant system kept returning to it.
