In the year 2017, a surgeon-implantologist friend asked him to create a personal website. Over the course of several months, they spent their free time working on the project: the doctor shared the nuances of implantology and the specifics of his practice, while Aliksan turned professional information into content understandable for patients. At that time, no one yet realized that this was how his professional journey would begin.

In 2018, the first full-scale project was launched — a five-page website for a dental clinic. Targeted VKontakte advertising aimed at dentists brought the first order on the very first day. The project kept growing: what started as five pages grew first to ten and then to forty. A dedicated page was created for every service. The strategy proved effective: patients could quickly find exactly what they were looking for, while Google saw a clear structure, and eventually he focused on developing dental websites for dental practices.

In the year 2020, Aliksan joined the team of a Zimmer Biomet distributor in Saint Petersburg as a product manager. He completed training at the Zimmer Biomet Institute in Winterthur, Switzerland, participated in real surgeries as a surgical assistant, and received a certificate upon completion. Many surgeons were surprised that Aliksan did not have a medical degree — yet communication always stayed professional and at the same level.

The flagship project — the strongest in terms of visual identity — spread to more than 30 cities: Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Krasnodar, Novosibirsk, Kazan, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, Prague, and others. Whenever the website appeared in a new city, competing clinics would contact him asking for the same solution. Over eight years, more than 200 websites were completed across six countries.

In 2026, Aliksan launched the official distribution of Lenmiriot implants in Armenia. Years of working with surgeons gave him a deep understanding of the market: most local brands remained niche products, but Lenmiriot established a strong position in Saint Petersburg — doctors who tested the implant system kept returning to it. Two implant lines are compatible with Dentium SuperLine and Nobel Active: when switching to Lenmiriot, surgeons can continue using familiar instruments and established protocols. For Armenian clinics, this creates new opportunities in affordable and high-quality implantology.

Dentists say they can speak with him in the same professional language. This is precisely what sets his dental projects apart from other websites.
